In the summer of 2024 I, like many others, was a new grad looking for an entry level job in a rough tech market. I applied to countless jobs every week, and got to the point where I thought I might have to start my own company. I figured the first thing I would need it a cool company name and website. I eventually came up with Big Cottonwood AI, reflecting my love for one of the greatest canyons on earth, Big Cottonwood in Utah.

Fortunately for me I was eventually able to land a job, as well as get admitted to Georgia Tech where I'm currently getting my masters in Computer Science with an empasis in artificial intelligence. UNfortunately for me, I had already bought this domain, and I still loved the name. So maybe one day Big Cottonwood AI will turn into an actual company, but until then it will serve as a personal spot for me.
